Maria Krichallo is a garden designer based in London, primarily covering Ealing, Richmond, Chiswick, Kew and the wider West London area, creating naturalistic, ecologically sensitive, and emotionally resonant gardens that invite people to spend more time outdoors. Her work combines clear, thoughtful layouts with immersive planting and a contemporary, refined aesthetic. Each garden is shaped by the character of the site and the lives of the people who will use it.

Maria came to garden design after a successful career in the telecommunications industry, where she worked on large-scale projects across multiple countries. Her technical background and project management skills support the smooth and precise delivery of every design. Drawn to creative work and the transformative power of gardens, she changed career path and began working as a gardener in the public sector before retraining at the London College of Garden Design. She graduated with distinction, and her final project was shortlisted for the Society of Garden Designers Awards, recognising its conceptual clarity and design ambition.

She now runs her own studio, designing private gardens ranging from small front spaces to large family gardens, taking on projects in London, the surrounding areas, and internationally.
