How I work
Naturalistic planting, drawn from the way plants grow together in the wild — structure that holds through winter, and a garden that shifts week by week through the season.
Led by planting
The plan follows how you live outdoors: where the light falls at six in the evening, where the children play, what you see from the kitchen window, where you end up sitting.
Shaped around your life
Drawings detailed enough to build from, quotes compared properly, and someone on site through the work — a discipline carried over from a previous career leading large international projects.

A written brief, a measured survey and a full site analysis — then an outline design presented in person, with an annotated plan, perspectives, materials and planting references.
01 · ConsultationA paid first visit to walk the garden together, talk through how you want to use it, and agree whether we are a good fit. The fee is credited against the design work if the project goes ahead.
02 · Brief & outline designI tender the work to trusted contractors, compare quotes with you, inspect on site, set out the planting myself, and leave you with a maintenance guide.
03 · Detailed designConstruction drawings, material selections and planting plans: everything a landscaper needs to price and build the garden accurately.
04 · Build & aftercareStart a conversation
